Support

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Atelier is made by a small studio, and every message comes to us. This page covers how to reach us, your membership, and how to delete your account.

How to reach us

Write to [email protected]. Please write from the email address you sign in to Atelier with, so we can find your account straight away. If you can't sign in, say which address you usually use.

Common questions

Setting up, privacy, the trial and cancelling are answered in the questions on our home page. How we look after your data is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, and the agreement between us in our Terms.

Membership and billing

If you joined on this website, your membership is billed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Update your card, see your invoices, change your plan or cancel from your customer portal, where you sign in with the email address you subscribed with. Inside the app, the same portal is under Profile → Account → Membership.

If you joined in the Android app, Google takes the payment, not us. Manage or cancel that membership in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions — we cannot do it for you. Profile → Account → Membership in the app opens it there.

If a payment has gone wrong, or you think you have been charged in error, write to us and we'll put it right. Refunds are covered in our Terms.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Atelier account, and everything in it, whenever you like. There are two ways.

In the app

  1. Open Atelier and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Your Data → Delete account.
  3. Type your email address to confirm, and choose Delete forever.

Your account is deleted straight away, and you are signed out.

By email

If you can't use the app, email [email protected] from the address your account uses, and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act, so that nobody else can close your account. We delete it and write to tell you it's done, within one month of your request.

What is deleted

  • Your wardrobe: every piece, its photos and cut-outs, and your wear history.
  • Your outfits, lookbooks, saved inspirations, shops and calendar plans.
  • Your measurements, style profile and settings.
  • Your Concierge conversations.
  • Your shared links, and the images made for them.
  • Your Google Calendar connection, if you made one.
  • Your sign-in account itself.

Deletion is permanent. We keep no archive, so export a copy first from Profile → Your Data → Backup & export if you'd like one.

What is kept

  • Your subscription is cancelled, so you are not billed again. Deleting does not by itself refund a period you have already paid for.
  • If you joined through Google Play, deleting doesn't cancel that subscription: only you can, in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
  • The minimum records the law requires us to keep, such as tax records of past payments, and a record that your account was deleted, so that a late renewal can't bring it back.
  • Shared links made before 10 September 2026 are not linked to your account, so they are not removed with it. Ask us, and we'll remove them.

More detail, including how long we keep data after a membership ends, is in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting some of your data

You don't have to close your account to remove something. Each of these is its own control in the app, and takes effect at once.

  • A piece. Open it and delete it. It waits in Profile → Your Data → Trash for 30 days, where Delete forever removes it and its photographs for good.
  • A look, a lookbook or a saved inspiration. Delete it where it sits.
  • Your Concierge conversation. Clear conversation, in the Concierge.
  • A shared link. Profile → Your Data → Shared links, where you can also change or remove the name shown on it.
  • Your Google Calendar connection. Profile → Account → Calendar → Disconnect, which revokes our access and deletes the key we held.
  • Your agreement to the styling features. Profile → Your Data → The Concierge and your data. Nothing more is sent to them from then on.

If you would rather we did it, email [email protected] from the address your account uses, and say what you would like removed. We do it within one month, and write to tell you it is done.
